A study shows that people who do a lot of texting develop neck problems. Experts have name the illness ‘Text Neck’.
Researchers say that people put their upper back in abnormal position when they text messages from their mobiles.
Text neck develops in people who spend a great deal of time texting. Long period in abnormal positions cause postural pain.
The term ‘text neck’ was used by a a chiropractor in Florida to describe problems in involving head, neck and shoulders.
